My alternator died in Melville, I called Todd's and he got me to my preferred shop near my home over an hour away. Timely, professional, courteous, and reasonably priced. His flatbed is in great shape and he took the utmost care with my vintage Land Cruiser. Thanks again!

Todd was great as he was referred to me by my car's towing service but he took the next step and actually started talking to me. His proactive style definitely paid off because my car company ordered a flatbed truck but Todd knew it wouldn't fit so he was able to update the service request to the correct towing vehicle. Without that, it would have been many more hours to get my vehicle towed so A+++ for Todd for taking the time to diagnose the issue over the phone. I highly recommend Todd's Towing.

Todd is one of the nicest guys you’ll ever work with. Honest, extremely professional, very kind, knows what he’s doing, and most of all his prices are genuinely fair. RARE COMBO for tow companies, used tow companies all over from queens to LI, you won’t find prices OR service like his. Needed a tow to a shop on my car in Huntington. It’s AWD/Quattro but that wasn’t an issue for him as he came prepared. Called him and he immediately picked up, outside my driveway in 20 mins!! Can’t beat this.
